Brown Insurance Services is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Commercial Lines Administrator to join our dynamic insurance agency team. As a key member of our commercial lines department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent service and support to our valued business clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and provide support for our Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities:


  • Policy Checking, Emailing Policy to Client, and Attaching (Create POLI Activity)
  • Create $CHK Activity
  • Creating Policy Binder Books as Requested
  • Pull Loss Runs and Experience Mods
  • Pull and Attach Division of Corps & Property Appraiser
  • Creating and Sending Renewal Certificate Lists to Account Executives (AE)
  • Creating and Sending Renewal Certificate Holder List to Clients. Upon Receipt, send to AE for certificate and working validation.
  • Attaching All Communications Requested by Account Reps, Including New Business Team
  • Document Retrieval from Websites, Distribute, & Attach
  • Distribute Scanned Mail
  • Attach Quotes. 
  • Attaching Signed Forms
  • Inspection Letters – Send to Insd, Follow-Up, Attach, Send to UW
  • Run MVR’s and Attach
  • Direct Bill Change Requests – Pull and Attach completed Endorsement
  • Payment Cancellations / Reinstatements
  • Claim Follow Up
  • Creation of Workers Compensation Pre-Renewal Letter

Requirements:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships.
  • Adept at multitasking and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
