Responsibilities:
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls to the office.
  • Greeting walk-ins.
  • Maintaining the front desk and conference room appearance.
  • Operating the main email inbox for the office.
  • Processing requests from mortgage companies.
  • Documenting important policy notifications in our management system.
  • Document retrieval from carrier websites.
  • Handle outgoing and incoming physical mail.
  • Review and handle billing inquires and payments
  • Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships.
  • Adept at multitasking and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
